Custom Heating Elements
We design and manufacture heating elements tailored to your exact requirements — specific shape, wattage, voltage and operating environment. Every order is handled individually, from technical design to finished product.
Why a custom heater instead of an off-the-shelf one?
Standard catalogue heaters cover most common applications. But when a machine has a non-standard heating chamber, unusual power or voltage requirements, or operates in a harsh environment — a generic product simply isn't enough. A heater that doesn't match its operating conditions is not just an efficiency issue; it's a reliability and safety issue.
Custom heating elements are manufactured for a specific application. We analyse the operating conditions, select the right type and material, then produce an element that fits precisely in your equipment and works within the required parameter range. The result: fewer failures, longer service life, better performance.
Types of heating elements made to order
Tubular heaters
Versatile heating elements for liquids, gases and solids. Available in stainless steel, copper or brass — any shape and length.
Cartridge heaters
For heating injection moulds, dies and metal blocks. Precise diameter and watt density selection for your specific bore.
Mica band heaters
For injection moulding barrels, extruders and nozzles. Even heat transfer on cylindrical and rectangular machine parts.
Immersion heaters
Flanged and threaded versions for water, oil and industrial fluid tanks. Acid-resistant versions available on request.
Coil heaters
Spiral heating elements for laboratory furnaces, drying ovens and air heaters. Operating range up to several hundred degrees Celsius.
Flat heaters
For heating flat surfaces, dies and moulds. Mica or ceramic construction, any shape and dimensions.
What can be specified in an order?
- ✓Power and operating voltage
- ✓Overall dimensions and shape
- ✓Sheath material (stainless steel, copper, brass, titanium)
- ✓Terminal type and connection method
- ✓Insulation class and temperature rating
- ✓Operating medium (water, oil, acid, air, solid)
- ✓Mounting method (flange, thread, press-fit, band)
- ✓Active and overall length
If you don't know all the parameters — no problem. During the enquiry stage we help clarify the requirements and select the best solution based on a description of your equipment or a worn-out heater.
How does the order process work?
- 01
Enquiry and consultation
Send an enquiry with a description of the application, dimensions or an old heater to be replicated. We analyse the operating conditions and select the type and parameters.
- 02
Quote and design
We prepare a quote and — if the order requires it — a technical drawing. Where needed, we produce a prototype for verification before full production.
- 03
Production
We manufacture in our own facility. Short runs and one-off items are no problem. Express turnaround is available for urgent situations — call us directly.
- 04
Quality check and dispatch
Every heater undergoes quality inspection before dispatch. We ship by courier throughout Poland and internationally.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you produce single pieces?
- Yes. We handle one-off orders, small runs and serial deliveries. There is no minimum order quantity.
- Can you replicate an old, worn-out heater?
- In most cases, yes. Send us the old heater or photos with dimensions. We analyse the construction and — if the previous design had weak points — we propose an improved version.
- How long does production take?
- Lead time depends on the heater type and quantity. Standard orders are typically fulfilled within a few working days. Express turnaround is available for emergencies — contact us by phone.
- What information is needed for a quote?
- Useful details include: heater type, dimensions, power, voltage, material, operating medium and mounting method. If you don't have all the parameters — describe the equipment and application and we'll work out the rest.
- Is a custom heater more expensive than a standard one?
- Not necessarily in the long run. The unit cost for small quantities is higher than mass-produced catalogue items, but a heater matched to the operating conditions typically lasts significantly longer — which lowers the total cost of ownership.
